Since 2016 Il Muto di Gallura Farmhouse, after years of careful research, has made the wine cellar il Muto di Gallura available to guests. It is the recovery of an ancient tradition of wine production, which generates extremely natural wines, vinifying the grapes according to a healthy peasant tradition. Reds, whites and desserts express an original approach to wines previously reserved exclusively for the family and friends of the owners.
