Food, drinks & tradition

The farmhouse “Il Muto di Gallura” offers a healthy and traditional restaurant, deriving from a natural agriculture which is also the basis of the nourishment of the animals that have been raised there for generations. Everything that is obtained from breeding and agriculture is transformed here, following traditional methods, into cheeses, cured meats, hams, vegetables in oil, meats and wines of its own production. Among the specialties to taste are wild boar, ricotta ravioli and Gallura soup, obviously all sprinkled with wine and good cheer.

The farmer’s wines

Since 2016 Il Muto di Gallura Farmhouse, after years of careful research, has made the wine cellar il Muto di Gallura available to guests. It is the recovery of an ancient tradition of wine production, which generates extremely natural wines, vinifying the grapes according to a healthy peasant tradition. Reds, whites and desserts express an original approach to wines previously reserved exclusively for the family and friends of the owners. Request a visit to the Cellar and the vineyards from the hills to the sea of Gallura.

Wellness and Relax

In the Farmhouse there is a large outdoor swimming pool, right in the courtyard of the building which welcomes 4 double bedrooms. For a more comfortable stay, three exclusive rooms are also available: the “Commendatore room” and the “Master room”, both with hydromassage and the “Room with Terrace”, with a suggestive view of the ancient village of Aggius. A comfortable relaxation area, with hydromassage, infrared sauna and Turkish bath, guarantees our guests a relaxing and regenerating holiday in the name of nature.
